Fit-out work often has to happen around a live business or a tight opening date. We plan the sequence up front, work in phases where needed, and keep the site clean and safe so disruption to your staff and customers stays to a minimum.
We price the work in detail so there are no surprises, agree a programme with clear milestones, and assign a site supervisor who reports progress to you. Materials are ordered early to protect the schedule, and each trade is sequenced so the next one is never held up.
Both. Emee designs, fabricates and installs under one roof — signage, aluminium, composite panel, steelwork and interior fit-out. That means you deal with one team from the first site visit to the final handover, and there is no gap between what was designed and what actually gets built.
Yes. Our business location in Piliyandala keeps us close to Colombo and its suburbs, but it does not limit our reach — we take on and install projects island-wide, working with a network of partners across the country.
